Can I return the training for a refund?

Our training is considered proprietary information and once it is accessed, that information has been shared and is non-refundable. For more information about returns/refund eligibility, see our policy page.

What if my machine stops working?

Our machines are quality tested by Everlinx. However, if a Everarc stops working we offer a 3-year warranty covering defects under normal use for welders (EVERARC, EVERARC/EVERSHIELD bundle, and Starter Kit). First 12 Months: Everlinx covers shipping costs for warranty service. After 12 Months: Customers cover shipping costs for warranty service. To start a warranty request, please go HERE to begin a new claim.

How can I get more chain?

Chain can be purchased directly from Everlinx, including a 5% discount for those who have purchased the Everlinx Starter Kit.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
