Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policies
Warranty Policy
- Coverage: We offer a 3-year warranty covering defects under normal use for welders (EVERARC, EVERARC/EVERSHIELD bundle, and Starter Kit).
- First 12 Months: Everlinx covers shipping costs for warranty service.
- After 12 Months: Customers cover shipping costs for warranty service.
- To start a warranty request, please go HERE to begin a new claim.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
- We will need a photo or video of the damage to process any replacements or provide prepaid shipping labels if warranty service is necessary.
- Note: Warranties apply only to our welders (EVERARC, EVERARC/EVERSHIELD bundle, and Starter Kit) and do not cover issues caused by improper maintenance, misuse, alterations, or cosmetic changes.
Returns Policy
- To request a return, email us at hello@everlinxjewelry.com with your order number (#ELxxxxx) in the subject line.
Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
- Starter Kits: Returns allowed within 30 days. However, $750 is non-refundable due to proprietary training materials. Any missing/used items will be deducted, and return shipping plus a $150 restocking fee applies.
- Everarcs and Everarc/Evershield Bundles: Returns must be made within 30 days.
- Chain Orders: No returns for chains under 10 yards/quantity.
- Charms: All charm sales are final.
- Backpacks: Only backpacks in original, unopened packaging and unused condition qualify for return or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon approval. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
