Everlinx Assurance Policy

Coverage

  • Everlinx Assurance offers a 3-year policy covering 100% of manufacturing defects for EVERARC, EVERSHIELD, EVERSHIELD Plus, & Stylus.
  • All Everlinx products, excluding EVERARC, EVERSHIELD, EVERSHIELD Plus, & Stylus, as well as chains, charms, & jump rings come with a 30-day replacement period. Everlinx Assurance covers manufacturing defects and exceptional cases only. Due to the nature of normal wear and tear, including the natural breakdown of components through regular use, coverage beyond 30 days is not provided. We recommend proper care and maintenance to ensure the longevity of your products.
  • Everlinx Assurance is not transferable and only applicable to the initial purchaser of our EVERARC welders from the official Everlinx website. Everlinx Assurance will immediately be void if/when any component within the EVERARC Starter Kit or Bundle (EVERARC, EVERSHIELD, EVERSHIELD Plus, & Stylus) is resold or purchased via third party. 

Shipping Costs for Everlinx Assurance Service

  • First 12 Months: Everlinx covers shipping costs for Everlinx Assurance service.
  • After 12 Months: Customers cover shipping costs for Everlinx Assurance service.

Damages and Issues

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damage, incorrect items, or missing components.
  • Contact us immediately at hello@everlinxjewelry.com with a photo or video of any damage to arrange replacements or to submit an Everlinx Assurance claim, if necessary.

Note:
Everlinx Assurance policy applies only to Everlinx welders (EVERARC, EVERARC/EVERSHIELD bundle, and Starter Kit) and do not cover issues caused by improper maintenance, misuse, alterations, or cosmetic changes.


Event Support Warranty Policy

If you need expedited warranty service to ensure your machine is repaired and returned for an upcoming event, we offer a priority repair option within the warranty period, based on approval and the nature of the event.

How It Works

  • Event Proof Requirement: Submit proof of your event with your warranty request to qualify for priority handling.

Shipping and Turnaround

  • Once we receive your warranty request with event proof, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the machine.
  • Priority repair requests, including expedited shipping, are considered on a case-by-case basis and are contingent on approval and event verification.

Business Day Cutoff for Same-Day Processing

  • Warranty requests must be submitted by 2:00 pm MST on a business day for same-day processing. This ensures the creation of an overnight shipping label in time for same-day drop-off by most mail carriers.

Weekend Repairs

  • Machines received over the weekend will be repaired the following Monday and shipped back overnight for Tuesday delivery.

Responsibility for Timely Drop-Off

  • If an overnight label is provided and the machine is not dropped off promptly (e.g., within three days), return timing will reflect any delays rather than receiving expedited handling.

Please Note: We no longer offer loaner machines for events.


Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Everlinx is no longer responsible for the package’s transit and delivery times.
  • We do not offer refunds for packages that do not arrive on time due to carrier delays.
  • If a delay occurs, we encourage customers to contact the shipping carrier directly to locate or expedite their package.
  • To ensure same-day fulfillment, please place your order before 11 AM MST.

Incorrect or Missing Items Policy

  • At Everlinx, we take great care in packing each order with precision and attention to detail. However, in the rare event that something arrives incorrect or missing, we’re committed to making it right.

    To ensure a smooth and timely resolution, we require a clear photo of the original packing slip included in your shipment. This helps us track the issue internally and identify where adjustments may be needed.

    Please note: In cases where a packing or fulfillment error has occurred, we are only able to re-ship items using the same shipping method originally selected and paid for. Unless express upgrades were included with the original order or the situation meets very specific exceptions (determined at our discretion), we are unable to expedite shipping beyond the original service level.

Return Policy

How to Request a Return

Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

  • Starter Kits: Returns accepted within 30 days. Only starter kits in original, unopened packaging condition qualify for return. Please note that $750 is non-refundable due to proprietary training materials. Any missing or used items will be deducted, and return shipping and a $150 restocking fee apply.
  • EVERARC and EVERARC/EVERSHIELD Bundles: Returns must be made within 30 days. Only EVERARC or EVERARC + EVERSHIELD BUNDLE in original, unopened packaging condition qualify for return.
  • EVERSHIELD Plus: Returns must be made within 30 days, in original, unopened packaging condition qualify for return.
    • If returned, unopened, and a refund is sought with the EVERSHIELD Plus there will be a $75 restock fee
  • Chain Orders: Chains under 10 yards or quantities cannot be returned.
  • Charms & Jump Rings: All charm & jump ring sales are final.
  • Backpacks: Only backpacks in original, unopened packaging and qualify for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon return approval. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
  • Shipping fees for EVERARC & Starter Kits are non refundable.
  • Non Refundable: Products damaged from user error, improper maintenance, misuse, alterations, or cosmetic changes.
