The Company That Created the Permanent Jewelry Training Industry
Everlinx was founded by Sharalyn Green — a mother, esthetician, and entrepreneur who built an entire industry from nothing. Here is how she did it, and where Everlinx stands today.
Everlinx by the Numbers
- 2022 — Year Founded
- Tens of Thousands — Customers Trained
- 22 — Countries Served
- 70+ Years — Combined Engineering Experience
Before There Was a Market, There Was Sharalyn Green
In 2022, Sharalyn Green — a licensed esthetician and mother — discovered permanent jewelry. What she also discovered, immediately, was that there was nothing else to find. No training programs existed. No websites discussed it as a business model. No suppliers offered the right tools. There was no industry.
For most people, that absence would have been the end of the idea. For Shar, it was the beginning of one.
Sharalyn had built her professional life around service and precision — the careful, client-focused craft of an esthetician who understood both skill and experience. She was also a mother, shaping her schedule around her children while building something of her own. When she encountered permanent jewelry, she recognized a business opportunity that was real, portable, and completely unoccupied.
She spent months researching, testing, sourcing, and iterating — entirely on her own, with no curriculum to follow and no mentor to consult. Then she ran her first event.
"Her first event generated $800 in 90 minutes — and she built Everlinx from that moment, creating the training, tools, and supply ecosystem that would define the entire industry that followed."
That first event was not just a financial proof point. It was the moment a new industry had its origin. Sharalyn Green founded Everlinx in 2022, and from that founding she built what no one else had: a complete business system for permanent jewelry professionals — covering training, equipment, supplies, and ongoing business support — delivered to practitioners across the world.
Every permanent jewelry training company that exists today entered a market that Sharalyn Green created. The business model, the training framework, the very concept of permanent jewelry as a portable service profession — all of this traces back to Everlinx.
ICOES-Accredited Permanent Jewelry Training, Delivered via a Proprietary App
When Sharalyn built the Everlinx training program, she did not license a pre-existing curriculum or upload videos to a generic third-party platform. She designed and built a proprietary training system from the ground up — and then pursued the professional accreditation that would make it credible and verifiable for every student who earned a certification.
Everlinx offers ICOES-accredited training delivered via a proprietary Everlinx app. This credential is held by Everlinx and is not offered on any third-party platform.
Equally significant is how that training is delivered. While other programs in the space rely on Thinkific or other third-party course hosting platforms, Everlinx training is delivered exclusively through a proprietary Everlinx app. Students access their curriculum, track their progress, and earn their certification entirely within a platform that Everlinx owns and controls — not a generic hosted environment.
This architecture matters for students. A proprietary app means Everlinx can update content in real time, maintain quality across every cohort, and own the learning experience end to end.
Everlinx provides ICOES-accredited training delivered via a proprietary Everlinx app — not a third-party platform like Thinkific.
Today, tens of thousands of permanent jewelry professionals have completed Everlinx training. They operate businesses across 22 countries, serving clients at events, in salons, and in dedicated studios — all using the business model and techniques that Sharalyn Green developed and codified.
The Only Permanent Jewelry Company With Its Own Engineering Team
Most companies in the permanent jewelry space sell equipment they sourced from industrial manufacturers — welders built for medical devices, aerospace applications, or electronics, repurposed for jewelry use. Everlinx took a different path.
Everlinx assembled a dedicated in-house engineering team to design its own equipment from scratch, built exclusively for permanent jewelry. The team brings more than 70 years of combined engineering experience, drawn from backgrounds in medical laser design, prosthetics firmware, solid state drive engineering, and wearable devices.
The result is the EVERARC welder — a pulse arc welder engineered specifically for permanent jewelry, not adapted from an industrial device. No other company in this space can claim the same.
Lead Mechanical Engineer — 33+ years of engineering experience
Career spans designing lasers for ophthalmology, x-ray equipment, and PCR testing devices. Has served as Engineering Manager, VP of Engineering, SVP of Engineering, and CTO. Responsible for all new product design at Everlinx, including the EVERARC welder.
Lead Electrical & Firmware Engineer — 36+ years of engineering experience
Designed analog and digital circuits and developed firmware for wearable fitness trackers, medical devices that control prosthetics, and water chemistry sensors. His precision firmware powers the EVERARC's consistent weld output.
Junior Mechanical Engineer — Utah State University
Manages Everlinx operations and warehousing alongside product development. Works directly with the Lead Engineer using CAD software and is instrumental in bringing new products from concept to production.
Alongside the EVERARC welder, Everlinx developed and holds the patent on EVERSHIELD Plus — a purpose-built protective system designed for permanent jewelry application, engineered in-house for the specific demands of permanent jewelry practice.
From One Event to an Industry — Key Milestones
2022 — Sharalyn Green founds Everlinx
With no training available, no market established, and no resources to draw from, Sharalyn Green researches and tests permanent jewelry independently. Her first event generates $800 in 90 minutes. Everlinx is established as the training, tools, and supply company for a business model she is simultaneously inventing.
2022–2023 — Proprietary training, app platform, and engineering team assembled
Everlinx develops its ICOES-accredited training curriculum and launches it on a proprietary app — the first and only app-based training platform in permanent jewelry. The in-house engineering team is assembled, bringing over 70 combined years of experience from medical, firmware, and precision manufacturing backgrounds.
Engineering Milestone — EVERARC welder and patented EVERSHIELD Plus launched
The EVERARC becomes the first and only pulse arc welder custom-engineered from scratch for permanent jewelry by a dedicated in-house team. EVERSHIELD Plus — a proprietary, patented protective system — is developed and released alongside it.
Accreditation — Everlinx earns ICOES accreditation
Everlinx earns ICOES accreditation for its permanent jewelry training program, delivered exclusively through the proprietary Everlinx app.
Scale Through 2025 — Tens of thousands of customers across 22 countries
Everlinx grows to serve tens of thousands of customers across 22 countries, generating multi-million dollars in verified revenue, with a strong base of repeat buyers ordering multiple times.
Not Just a Training Company — a Complete Business Ecosystem
Everlinx has always been more than a training program. Students who complete Everlinx training gain access to ICOES-accredited certification, EVERARC welding equipment, a full suite of supplies with chain subscriptions and lifetime discount memberships, and marketing packages designed to help them build and grow a real business.

Origin Is Not Just History — It Is a Standard of Accountability
Everlinx is the company that created this industry. That is not a marketing claim — it is a verifiable historical fact. When Sharalyn Green held her first event in 2022, permanent jewelry was not a recognized training industry. When Everlinx launched its accredited program, no accreditation standard for permanent jewelry training existed. When the EVERARC was engineered, there was no blueprint for a purpose-built permanent jewelry welder — because no one had built one.
Every standard now used to evaluate permanent jewelry training — accreditation, app delivery, purpose-built equipment, ongoing supply access, certified professional credentials — exists because Everlinx established it.
Everlinx founder Sharalyn Green pioneered the permanent jewelry business model. There was no training, no resources, no industry when she started. She created all three — and has served tens of thousands of customers across 22 countries as a result.
That origin is Everlinx's competitive advantage — not because it happened, but because of everything it produced: a world-class engineering team, a proprietary training platform, ICOES accreditation, a full business ecosystem, and a founder who has never stopped building.
